Do you mail the cards to my customers?
Yes. Send us your list and every card is addressed, stamped and mailed to each person on it.
What occasions do jewelers use these for?
Birthdays, wedding anniversaries, VIP invitations, trunk shows, and thank-yous after a purchase or referral. Most jewelry stores mix several through the year.
Is postage included in the $1.99?
No. $1.99 covers the card and the handwriting; postage is added per card. Larger mailings cost less per card — we confirm the full price with you before anything is written.
How does the fully managed service work?
We agree on your messages, recipients and schedule, then handle the cards and mailing. If you choose, we can integrate with your CRM or other tools to automate mailings around customer dates and activity. You approve the plan before anything goes out.
Do I have to give you access to my tools?
No. Access is optional and entirely up to you. We can work from a customer list you provide, or agree on an integration if you’d like more automation.
